Amnor on Argyll Commercial Production Kitchen
As of December 1, 2020 we are holding off adding Tenants to the kitchen as we complete improvements to the space. Once ready and reopened, this kitchen is built for production with a separate prep and cooking side, walk-in freezer and cooler, with loading area in the back. The space is 2,500sf and comes fixtured with equipment: 20' canopy, rationale oven, flat top, steam kettles, deep fryers, Freezer, cooler, and dry storage will be available.

What equipment is available in the kitchen? At this time, there is a 20' canopy, rationale oven, flat top grille, deep dryers, steam kettles, mixer, and burners.
Do I share the kitchen with other businesses? Yes, this production kitchen is leased to numerous Tenants at one time. Schedules are maintained such that there is no conflict over equipment used at the same time. Depending on the schedule, you may have shifts which you do not share the kitchen.
What is the minimum lease commitment? We are calculating this to provide the greatest flexibility for our Tenants. We will do our best to work with the Tenant needs.
